Says
“The Guard's armour, for those the Guard trusts. Or those with gold.”
- “Royal Guard plate is the best steel in the west. Not the lightest.”
- “Halberds hold the walls. Two tiles of reach, and the brigands hate it.”
- “A guard's cape costs more than his sword. Vanity, but it keeps the rain off.”
Where to find them
Always at the Royal Armoury in Kingsreach.
In the game, the journal's People tab (J) shows where everyone is right now and marks them on your map. You can talk to anyone wherever they are.
