Says
“Welcome to the end of the world, adventurer. Mind the fog, and mind your purse.”
- “Ilsa up at Skyward Camp sends me her stock by sea. Same prices, more seasick.”
- “The ferry comes and goes on Captain Brine's whim. Mostly the tide's whim.”
- “Sea-glass, pearls, beetle shells: bring me anything shiny and I'll make you an offer.”
Where to find them
Always by the stores in Mistveil Isle.
In the game, the journal's People tab (J) shows where everyone is right now and marks them on your map. You can talk to anyone wherever they are.
