Says
“Potions, arrows, bolts. Everything else up here wants to kill you, so you'll want all three.”
- “I carry every crate up the stair myself. Don't haggle.”
- “Star shards sell well down in Highmoor. The jewellers love them.”
- “Starshard arrows go straight through crystal. Mostly.”
Where to find them
Always in the same spot in The Shattered Peaks.
In the game, the journal's People tab (J) shows where everyone is right now and marks them on your map. You can talk to anyone wherever they are.
