Says
“Cutlasses, javelins, a nice coat? You'll want something sharp before you walk the reef.”
- “Javelins are good on the reef. No arrows to fish out of the sand.”
- “The corsair coats are copies. Good copies.”
- “Half my stock came off wrecks. Don't ask which.”
Where to find them
Always at Varrow Arms in Port Varrow.
In the game, the journal's People tab (J) shows where everyone is right now and marks them on your map. You can talk to anyone wherever they are.
