The Drowned Admiral

Offer — Harbourmaster Quill: “On dark nights, something walks the wreck in an admiral's coat. My grandfather served under him. End it.”

While you work — “Only at night, and not every night. Watch for the rumour.”

On hand-in — “Then he's finally home. Thank you, adventurer.”
