False Lights

Offer — Captain Ysolde: “The wreckers light lamps on the rocks east of town and the ships steer straight onto them. Fifteen of them, adventurer, and the reef goes dark again.”

While you work — “East through the gate, along the coast. Mind the reef lurkers in the shallows.”

On hand-in — “The reef's dark tonight. First time in a month.”
