The Sunken City

A drowned city under Gullwrack's Sunken Temple, for levels 36–46. Two floors, a queen on her throne, and a rare warden guarding her vault.

The Drowned Streets

Getting in

The way down is a drowned stair in the west corner of the Sunken Temple on Gullwrack Isle. It stays shut until you've defeated the Tide Serpent. See Gullwrack Isle for how to get to the island.

If you fall in the Sunken City, you wake at Wrecker's Camp on the island.

Floor 1: the Drowned Streets (levels 36–42)

The stairs down are in the far north-east.

Floor 2: the Palace of Tides (levels 38–46)

  • Deepguard: green stone guardians that slam the floor round them.
  • Tide Priest: magic casters. Kill them first.
  • More sirens and legionnaires.

Nerissa, the Drowned Queen (level 44)

Nerissa sits on her throne at the end of the palace. She casts from four tiles away, slams everything within two tiles, and her song can slow you. Below half health she casts much faster.

She always drops the Queen's Tear, and can drop one of four legendaries: Nerissa's Trident, Siren's Song, the Drowned Sceptre or the Pearlcrown.

Gear

The city's monsters drop Tidesteel, Coralhide and Deepweave gear (level 36): a blade, a longbow, a staff, body armour for each vocation and a shield.

Quests

Warden Isolde on Gullwrack has three: The Drowned Streets, Songs in the Deep and The Drowned Queen. The island's task board adds culls of legionnaires, crawlers and priests.

Tips

  • Bring something to clear slows, and keep moving against the sirens.
  • Once Nerissa falls, light the Heroic Sigil by the way in for a harder run. See Heroic dungeons.
